Today's Question(s):

Last things that might of had you saying

"Well this is going to be as exciting as "watching paint dry" ?
Sitting on an airplane for a 25-hour flight, broken only by an hour's stopover in Hong Kong.

Last things that you thought would be as exciting as "watching paint dry" but turned out to be a lot more interesting/fun ?
Same flight - I wouldn't say it was a LOT more interesting or fun, but the food wasn't bad, the person in the next seat was nice, the flight was smooth so I slept a bit, and there were some good things to do/watch on the entertainment system.

Bonus Question:

It's swimming pool day, which means we get to talk about them
Do we have to?

Last time you were in a Pool ?
About 6 years ago, and then only because it was heated to the point of being warmer than tepid!
Do you have a pool ?
Not now - but did have a swimming pool in two houses over a 15 year period, and NEVER went in either of them. I was in charge of cleaning them though.

Closest pool to your home ?
Other than next door, there's a public pool about a mile away, in town.

Would you rather:
Swim laps ?
or
Float around on a float ?
or
Sit on the edge with a drink that has an umbrella in it.

Just for Fun:

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your
Etch-A-Sketch skills ?
Probably a 1.

Have a great day!

Good morning, Karla & friends! Got a moment after assembling lunches and before eating breakfast, so I thought I'd stop and play.

Today's Question(s):

Last things that might have had you saying

"Well this is going to be as exciting as "watching paint dry"?

Hmm, well, probably housecleaning. I'm not a fan of that activity.

Last things that you thought would be as exciting as "watching paint dry" but turned out to be a lot more interesting/fun?

Oh, it was probably a panel discussion at the convention where the description sounded boring but the actual conversation turned out to be lively and interesting.

Bonus Question:
It's swimming pool day, which means we get to talk about them

Last time you were in a Pool?

Lordy, it's been decades.

Do you have a pool?

Ah, that would be a "nope." They're not very common in backyards in this part of the country.

Closest pool to your home?

No clue. The city put in a community pool a few years back, but I have no idea where it is. Never been there, no interest in going.

Would you rather:
Swim laps?
or
Float around on a float?

Stay home and read a good book.

Just for Fun:

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your
Etch-A-Sketch skills?

Oh, I'd say about a -3.
