I was sitting on my laptop and looked at the clock and it was 1:45am, than I looked again, it was 3am!

That's what I was thinking too. Mondays. I saw a physician on CBC news explaining that car accidents increase as our bodies adjust. So I guess we all need to be extra careful tomorrow.

I saw a physician on the local news explaining the benefits of the "extra" sunlight for vtiamin D & mental health.

Ya vitamin D is the thing, and poof all that depression just gonna vanish..lol. It's just another new kick they get on ya know.

As far as switching the time around and its benefits of vitamin D, that extra hour isn't gonna amount to much and ya gotta be outside not in your car driving home as the sun goes down or inside infront of the tv or the pc. That Doc knows its a crock himself.
