In Chicago, people who are diseased, maimed, mutilated, or "otherwise an unsightly or disgusting object"</B> are banned from going out in public.
Good grief. Something like that is still on the books? I don't understand why they can clean up the blue laws.

That's another frightening law. With the generic inclusion of "otherwise an unsightly or disgusting object" one person can have another person arrested just because they don't approve of the person's looks. Sounds like the Nazis are back.
I feel much better about the video. This unfortunate person feels like laughing even though considered a freak.
Aw, that's really sad and mean, to say the least. I know a lot of "freaks" and it has absolutely nothing to do with their looks. They're the ones who should be locked up.

Now if they could find a way to ban the bangers who kill more people a year than soldiers dieing in Afghanistan. I don't really care if they kill each other, but they're killing innocent people and kids.

I agree Ilene, sounds like a cruel law to me! However, I'm sure they haven't enforced that ridiculous law in quite a long time.
