Hello, kids! Scroll on down for Today's Tip.

AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE CAN MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER

I found an interesting article about studies which have revealed that gratitude and thanksgiving
affect our mental and physical wellbeing in a very positive way. The link to the article is below.

Research done over a 20-year period at the Institute of HeartMath shows that "true feelings of
gratitude, appreciation and other positive emotions can synchronize brain and hearth rhythms,
creating a bodywide shift to a scientifically measurable state called coherence." When coherence
is reached, your body's systems function more efficiently. The article is fascinating.

Your mind and body will benefit if you maintain an attitude of gratitude! For more info, click
on the link and read on.

Did Magnum Mike put you up to this? Just kidding .....I know it's his motto and a darn good one. Great advice Pam! I am at "one" with the universe and happy and grateful to be alive. I do think a good sense of humor and sense of gratitude are healthy! Thanks!

I like that one. Every day I try to remember to be grateful to have a roof over my head, food in the pantry, reasonably good health, a reasonably good income and someone to share my life with.

I really go along with this one!

The opposite happened at work yesterday with someone being completely thoughtless and it affected me in a bad way.

I agree with the comments that were made Pam. Thanks.

Good tip Pam. Too bad some posters on other threads outside of the Topics forum don't follow this advice.

I thoroughly agree! Even the animals can feel what is going on with a human's coherence or lack of it. Excellent tip!
