Morning y’all
Now that we’ve gotten this whole ‘end of the world’
out of the way - again
. . . . . Didja Know?
The 18 year old quarterback of an Arizona high school football team rallied his teammates off the field as
well as on, by asking if they would help him watch over a special-needs sophomore who was getting
bullied by other students.

After the girl's mother reached out to him to see if he could find out which kid's were bullying her daughter
he went one step further - when he saw her sitting by herself in the cafeteria, he asked her to sit with him
and a group of other seniors on the team

Not only has the bullying stopped, but the players have made the girl an unofficial member of their team –
they walk her to classes, take her to dances - even invite her down to the sidelines during games.

It's always good to hear stories like this. There are many good kids in this world and I wish this would set a good example for other kids that have gone astray.

Thanks for sharing this Joy.
