In the past I have had to demonstrate and use medical equipment, and clearly that idiot forgot the 5 Ps rule, which is Practice Prevents P*ss Poor Performance.
Moving along from that, have you ever had to do something that you are non too happy about and found that you have people watching you?
These days I like to make my mistakes in private and don't generally like an audience if I'm trying something new.
How about you my dear peevers?

Good morning to you!
Those pictures are compelling, Jez. Yikes. I'll take my blowing snow any day over that.
I agree that it's awkward at best to have witnesses when trying something new. I think this happens when one is at a new job, and the boss is looking over one's shoulder. Never did like that feeling.

I really hate this, I'd prefer to make my mistakes in private too. Reminds me of the first time I went water skiing, I fell and like a dummy wouldn't let go of the rope so I got pretty beat up. The others I was with were screaming at me to let go of the rope and they all had a good laugh at my expense when it was all over. I haven't been skiing since then!
