I was thinking of a thread on signs the other day. Pam's tip of the day about RR crossing signs reminded me. There are so many interesting, funny and/or entertaining signs around us.

Please share your favorite signs with us.

I see this one occasionally..

I don't have a photo, but when I visited last time Vancouver/BC/Canada I passed by a church that had a very big sign up saying "SILENCE IS GOLDEN " and this phrase stuck with me forever

I'll tell you a funny story about this "No left turn sign." I was riding in a car with someone I worked with one day. She came to this sign and turned left anyway while horns were honking at us. I was shocked and said, "Judy, didn't you see that 'No left turn sign?'" She said, "Oh, is that what it meant? There is a line through it. I thought it meant 'No left turn' and then they changed their mind and crossed it out! Duh!
