Just thinking about the Past Present Future issues of the cholesterol issues and the fear of it all for many. And the damage from statins...I've been in H&W area of course. Fats are not the killers, smoking is.
As an ex-smoker (35yrs now) I simply don’t understand why people smoke these days.
