Linux Red Hat of course Zee!! Without a doubt.......

You got snow? Plenty here overnight. Luckily, we were prepared, and went out for essentials the other day. 96 cans of coke zero for bacardi, and vodka and cokes. We'll see this out........

We had a coating overnight, but hardly worth talking about. I went out for my usual run this morning, and even though it was cold I didn't slip on my arse once!

That said, the way the national and local media have been banging on about "The Beast..." you would think a new Ice Age was about to start just after lunch today!

It's snowing right now though - which means the UK will grind to a halt over a millimetre of snow again

Yep, these days, an inch of snow gets folks in a panic!! Younger people have seen so little of it for much of their lives. Deep snow was common until about 30 years ago, but is now a rare event. I have a feeling by Friday, many lessons will have been learned, and some will remember this week for a long time. The weather girl on the telly said maybe blizzards later in the week........

I need to toddle over to ASDA later today for more essentials. I forgot to get a lemon for my drinkies...... I'll get some bread and milk as well.

Boy, the telly news is full of the snow problems. Trains cancelled, and I have no doubt problems at the airports. Americans must watch their news in amazement at how England grinds to a halt when we get an inch of snow. It's quite embarrassing........
