As a child I would eat my Popsicle near this tree.. a little road side vendor sold them for the gawkers.. in those days you could see more of it..

Bears actually inhabit all elevations of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Biologists estimate that approximately 1,500 bears live in the park, which equals a population density of roughly two bears per square mile.

As in post #439 the signage reads " Barking Frog Swap" here at OZ I have many barking frogs they lay in the road culverts and " Bark " this is their mating call.. In link play audio and listen..
