Welcome to the club Mutt........ I retired when I was 55, and never regretted it. Sometimes, we get stuck in rush hour traffic returning from the airport. I look round at all those folks in their cars, and think to myself, "gawd...... I sure wouldn't like doing this every day......."
Every time someone seems to reveal their age/profession in many of the forums it seems to be "Well I am in my 60s" or "I am retired." Of course, some forums like Relationships skew younger.
There are also often heated discussions about those darn "millennials" too which I find to be a dead give away of age. I am a GenXer and I can honestly say that the only people I ever encounter who talk about millennials, their habits and how they are ruining the world, are BBs.
So is C-D mostly BBs and retirees?
me personally, no-
and it depends on the forum- moving and relocation topics tend to be younger...

I think 'Other Topics' and 'Community Chat' has a lot of older folks, me among them. I don't feel like an older folk....... but my mirror tells me different.......

There are problems with some mirrors. I have always been thin. I know that fat old man in my bathroom mirror can not be me.
