Woofie dropped in to wish you all a cool autumn.

Today's Question(s):
Is there anything you loaned out and got back in better condition, or
have you loaned anything and regretted it, and if so, can you say what and/or why?

Have you regretted borrowing anything, and if so, what and/or why?

Foodie Question(s):
If someone handed you a slice of cream pie or custard pie and you didn't know the flavor,
what flavor would you hope for if the slice was for instance:

Yellow, would you hope for banana, lemon, pineapple, or another flavor?

What flavor(s) might you hope for in a slice of pie that was:
-Red/Pink - strawberry, cherry or other?
-Brown - chocolate, caramel, maple or other?
-Green - mint or lime or other?
-White - vanilla, coconut or other?
-Orange - pumpkin, orange or other?
-Blue/Purple - blueberry, raspberry, other?

Just for fun:
Imaginary pie for any examples. Besides me do you know anyone who can't take a hint?

I really hate to loan tools and so I never borrow any. I use to loan them out and without fail they're never returned and I have to retrieve them.

Have you regretted borrowing anything, and if so, what and/or why?

Coconut creme!
What flavor(s) might you hope for in a slice of pie that was:
-Red/Pink?
-Brown?
-Green?
-White?
-Orange?
-Blue/Purple?
Same for all colors...coconut creme.

Many!

I regretted loaning my 35 mm.camera to "a friend" when I was in my late teens...she never returned it, and found out later that she pawned it. It was very expensive and cost me a lot of hard earned money.
But the whole thing taught me an important lesson... to neither lend nor borrow...and not everyone that
seems like your friend, actually is...

Have you regretted borrowing anything, and if so, what and/or why?
I don't borrow since the above incident.

Yum, any of those would be great~I love banana, lemon and pineapple flavors. Lemon or Pineapple Cake please or Banana Bread.
What flavor(s) might you hope for in a slice of pie that was:
-Red/Pink - strawberry, cherry or other? Regular pie
-Brown - chocolate, caramel, maple or other?
-Green - mint or lime or other?
-White - vanilla, coconut or other? Coconut custard
-Orange - pumpkin, orange or other? Orange cupcakes or pumpkin bread.
-Blue/Purple - blueberry, raspberry, other? Regular fruit pie...no custard or cream
but basically I l
ike...any fruit flavored desert that I can think of.

Today's Question(s):
Is there anything you loaned out and got back in better condition, or
have you loaned anything and regretted it, and if so, can you say what and/or why? It's been years since I borrowed anything. My neighbor borrowed some tools from me over a year ago, I asked him last week if he was finished using them, he returned them right then, no thanks or anything.

Have you regretted borrowing anything, and if so, what and/or why? No regrets.

Today's Question(s):
Is there anything you loaned out and got back in better condition, or
have you loaned anything and regretted it, and if so, can you say what and/or why? Oh, yes. Once I loaned a book to a friend and it was returned with an apology. She had spilled coffee on it. If I'd done that, I would have bought a new book.

Have you regretted borrowing anything, and if so, what and/or why? Can't think of anything right now.

Foodie Question(s):
If someone handed you a slice of cream pie or custard pie and you didn't know the flavor,
what flavor would you hope for if the slice was for instance: Pumpkin..... with whipped cream.

Yellow, would you hope for banana, lemon, pineapple, or another flavor? None of these really sound good, but I'll say lemon.

What flavor(s) might you hope for in a slice of pie that was:
-Red/Pink - strawberry, cherry or other? Strawberry Rhubarb
-Brown - chocolate, caramel, maple or other? Mud pie
-Green - mint or lime or other? Green Tomato Pie .... Spinach quiche pie
-White - vanilla, coconut or other? Onion Pie..... Chicken Pot Pie .....or if you want something sweet, Sour cream Apple pie
-Orange - pumpkin, orange or other? Pumpkin Pie
-Blue/Purple - blueberry, raspberry, other? Raspberry

Just for fun:
Imaginary pie for any examples. Besides me do you know anyone who can't take a hint? Oh, sure. As common as motherhood and apple pie!

Today's Question(s):

Yes, I regret loaning a 45 record to some relatives of my then-roommate. It was a novelty record, hard to replace, and I never got it back. I don't remember ever getting back an item in better condition than when I loaned it. Usually it's the other way around.
Have you regretted borrowing anything, and if so, what and/or why?
I regret borrowing a 45 record from a co-worker because I broke it. I found another one on eBay, though. After I told her what I'd done, she replied that she wouldn't have minded if I broke it and I didn't need to replace it. (NOW you tell me! )
Foodie Question(s):

I would hope for banana or custard.
Spice
-Blue/Purple - blueberry, raspberry, other? Blackberry

Just for fun:

Yes, I know someone who talks compulsively and is oblivious to signs that you are bored, impatient or just not interested in the topic.

Thanks, bjh!

I don't loan anything out anymore because I have to keep asking to get the items (books, videos, money, etc.) back.

Have you regretted borrowing anything, and if so, what and/or why? I don't borrow things.

Foodie Question(s):
If someone handed you a slice of cream pie or custard pie and you didn't know the flavor,

The only pie I'd eat from the above choices are blueberry and cherry.
