I haven't played games on anything for a long while.
-Have you ever gone to an arcade to play pinball or video games?
Years ago, yes.

Years. On the rare occasion I'm willing to spend about 2 hours staring at TV I'd rather watch them at home.

The Tower of London

Well I got to get ready to raid bjh's hidden stash of questions once again for my Sunday's QOTD.

Saturday's Questions:

-Do you play games on your smartphone?
Don't have one

-Have you ever gone to an arcade to play pinball or video games? yes

-Ever watch soap operas on TV? When I was a teen in the 1960s, I used to watch an after-school soap for teens called Never Too Young. It took place at the beach mostly at some dive owned by a character named Alfie in California. Tony Dow (Leave It To Beaver - the older brother) and Tommy Rettig (Original Lassie kid) was in it along with musical performers like Paul Revere and The Raiders. It didn't last long - maybe a year. That's the only one. I should mention it was on every weekday which is why I consider it to be a soap opera.

-Have you ever gone to a theater to watch a live opera? No

-How long has it been since you saw a movie at a theater? I used to go to the movie theater a lot for Saturday matinees (11:00A - noon) especially when I lived in Maryland but after I started to have leg issues, I couldn't go at all. Would be too afraid of falling going up and/or down inclines or stairs. Just wanted you to know I didn't stop going because of crappy movies. I still watch movies, just not in the theater.

-Iceberg or Romaine lettuce? iceberg

-Name a building you have taken a tour of or would like to tour.

My 2 favorite tours were both the original (J Edgar Hoover was still the Director - Most Wanted part of the tour was most memorable for me) when it was still in use and current FBI building (they took you to see a target shooting demo - my favorite part) and The Pentagon (they took you right in front of The Joint Chiefs' office) in Washington DC and Virginia. All were before 9/11/2001. I don't know if they resumed those tours. I can't do any tours anymore because I can't stand for long periods of time or keep up with a moving group. The worst tour, by the way, was The White House special tour (arranged in advance for groups -- not sure if they still do them). Unless you are really interested in dishes and old furniture, for example, do the general public tour or skip it altogether. The "special tour" concentrated on the minutia much like it would, I assume, if you toured an old mansion in which I neither had nor have any interest.
