yes i used to wear them every day in winter, but people always laughed at me or snickered or something. i thought they were cute...
i had one that looked like a hunting cap with the flaps on the ears, but it was black velvet--really pretty
Awwwwwww too bad yesterday wasn't "Let it Go Day" because I spent Sunday cleaning my house.... Oh well..a day late and a dollar short.
Hats??????????/ I look horrible in hats but I do use them when I am outside in the yard doing yard work. I usually use them to cover up my hair as it starts to get really curly in the heat.
Hanging around race cars and performance parts distributors for a good portion of the last 20 years I have accumulated a ton of hats. All baseball caps. My favorite would be my red, white and blue Studebaker cap with the Lazy S Studebaker logo. The one I wear the most would be the Route 66 Dragway 2008 drag staff hat. It keeps my nose from burning when I'm working.
We sent a message to space 34 years ago. I got the answer yesterday. They said they would be here today for pecan sandies. Who's baking?
No hats for me. I do have a forest green wool felt one that I sometimes wear in the winter, but it would have to be just freezing cold/snowing for me to wear it. It gets cold in north Texas without a doubt, but rarely cold enough to justify wearing my hat. (Actually, I think it looks cute and stylish, but I usually don't want to mess up my hair unless there's good reason to do so!)
P.S. I like the color pink very well and I love pecan sandies!

Reason: add the very important cookie & color comment...
I probably have about 25 or 30 hats and some of them are quite unique, including prior employers, our school district, etc.
I have two favorites. One that says "Marshall - New York City Marathon - 1991" and the other, which I wear most often says "QFLEA.com - The Virtual Flea Market". That and my QFLEA shirt (which I don't wear at the same time) are great advertising for my little online business. When I go to real world flea markets, usually to see about recruiting new vendors, I wear the QFLEA shirt and it is nice little ice breaker leading into conversations.
