We have know for a few months this is where the may go but he didn't get the official word till this past Friday.
We can ride over to see them
Now they have a house to sell or rent. Thats the draw back. Their smart both of them and will figure out the best way to go.
They still have a home in Va. that their renting out too. Todays market is not the market for a lot of homes. But I feel confident things will turn around.

Wow, great news all around here.
Today is working out to be a warm, humid day, so I guess I'll just HAVE to go to the pool to cool off! Just got back from coffee with my friends. Life is good.
Mrs Aks and I went shopping (she likes to stimulate the economy) yesterday and was she found everything she wanted to buy and saved money with many coupons that she had acquired. I think she said she had $17 dollars in coupons and paid $21 for all the items she bought. Not bad!
I was able to finish booking all my reservations for the two different trips that we were making later in the year. And today we'll be working again on getting paperwork together for taxes.

Well my good news is that I regained the back of my truck that was being used as a storage shed while #1 son and wife was looking for a place to live after moving back from HI. they now have their own little place up in Morongo Valley, CA.

I came right here to share with you all. I just saw the space shuttle take off! How remarkable is that? It was so neat. I was looking out my window while doing the dishes and saw 1/2 the neighborhood out there, pointing at the sky. And there it was! So beautiful. All the colors of the setting sun were reflected in its afterburn. God speed, astronauts.

My good news this weekend was that it was over 50 yesterday and over 60 today - shirtsleeve weather, in fact! I cleaned the leaves and debris out of my front garden beds yesterday afternoon, and they look so tidy now. And the tulip and daffodil shoots can now be seen, valiantly struggling out of the cold, dark earth. I saw unmistakable signs that the neighborhood bunny population again found my crocuses to be fine salad ingredients, so I put out some stinky stuff that is alleged to repel them without actually hurting them.
Spring is peeping forth, and I'm glad to welcome her arrival at last!
