We took a walk around the neighborhood this morning and it's already hot here. They said it will be up to 104 this afternoon, good time to grill hotdogs outside.
At one of my part time jobs, my hours got changed so that I do not have to get up at the --- crack of dawn anymore!! I am NOT a morning person by any stretch of the imagination. It is actually painful for me to get up early.
Very, very happy about that.
Having said that, I would GLEEFULLY get up in the wee hours if it meant I had a full time job...still hoping.
Yesterday, I didn't have coffee and maybe it was obvious, but this morning my kid made me some coffee so strong it could stand alone and life a car. Of course I had to fill it with cream and act as if it was the best thing that ever happened to me... Cause I want to encourage the kid to go out of his way to do good things for me.

Managed to get a few errands taken care of today even with all the heat here in the valley, and best of all we were able to enjoy a nice lunch out at a place that we can’t always get to. They have the best chicken salad sandwiches.

Tomorrow's my last day for the semester and I'm off for a few weeks ... Oh what shall I do with myself?? Of course ... I gotta ensure that those knuckleheads over in La La Land County Court does not try to recruit me for a jury Of course, I have my scripts ready to make myself as undesirable as possible as I'm determined to enjoy my time off
