I'm back at the South Plains Texas farm now with my wife for a few days. The weather here today is very nice with the expected high to be 52°F and of course, no precipitation expected Today's skies are sunny with a breeze from the south at 10 to 15 mph. The humidity is at 30% with the official visibility set at 10 miles.

So that's where you were, Hi Plains. I thought we'd lost you. Not in a bad way.

Yes. Although I had my laptop with me and had access to CD, I stayed pretty busy while in New Mexico repairing things that had been neglected in my absence, e.g., a leaking toilet, removed an over grown shrub in front of the house, removed a new parking lot scratch in my wife's new-to-her '12 F150, repaired the kid's tricycle bicycle (broken chain), repaired a lost electrical circuit upstairs in the house (a bad outlet) and did a lot of sitting and talking in the evenings on the patio in front of a blazing chiminea with my new grand son-in-law.
As far as our current weather here on the Texas South Plains, never, never, never complain about warm weather. This morning the temp here at the farm was 13°F (-10.6°C) with the wind straight out of the north. Chill factors this morning were below zero.
No moisture yet except my tears for rain or even a good heavy snow or sleet.
You're so funny, Hi Plains. I'm already looking forward to summer!
It was sunny here today in North Central Texas but we only got to 38. The news said they may bring the Superbowl to us this year. Oh the traffic! Lol
