The op is providing assistance to his son in the form of housing.
Just as it is granted, it may be revoked.
OP do not feel guilt over standing your ground, you know where this may all lead. You do not have to support it.

Where did I say no rules? Oh that's right! I didn't!!! I said that as long as my kids were WORKING and WERE SAVING they could stay home for a few years to build a nice nest egg up for themselves.

DUI: I would allow them to live at home still.
Drugs: I would allow them to live at home but would tell them they need to seek therapy or they would have to move out.
We are talking about a kid sleeping with his girlfriend at her house. There is nothing in that scenario for which the OP would be held liable.

Well in some states if she is a minor that would be a big problem. If he is involved in anything criminal then the girl's parents can come back onto the OP being they would be the ones with assessments.

This discussion is about a legal adult having sex/sleeping with another person outside his parents' house. Those issues are red herrings, and have no place here. It is usually not helpful to discuss hypothetical situations, as every person and situation is not the same.
