LMAO!

Wiki: Parking chair - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Google Images of parking chairs: parking chair - Google Search

People are very passionate on both sides of the parking chair war.

If you read down the wiki page, you'll learn there is even parking chair etiquette. LOL

You're very welcome. I thought it was hillarious.

Noooo, Pittsburghers aren't confrontational.

Clearly, her friend must have messed with someone's parking chair.

(The thread turned downright NASTY.)

Ha! That's funny Hopes.

We had our first winter in Philly, and quickly learned the parking chair etiquette.

Down the street, a guy had two portable BBQs out - it was hilarious, seeing these BBQs in the street standing guard.

Morning everyone.

There's parking fights on the L.A. forum too. Usually about leaving notes or moving trash cans around on pick-up days. You can always pick out the old time people (like me) vs. the new transplants. The new people are always horrified at how Angelinos do things. They also don't like that we eat so many donuts.

In other news... I don't know why I go to the P&R threads. Those people are so rude. I'm half tempted to just start posting outrageous opinions just to watch everyone go ballistic.

It's so tacky, isn't it?

Like a good Pittsburgher, I respect people's chairs though. If they want to be tacky, it's not my business.

Some people get downright mean and break, steal, or throw the chairs, usually transplants.

I assumed "politicics and controversies" and "relationships." Both forums are full of nuts.
