A sane parent would be sympathetic and not judgemental. Unless you're getting free time off that isn't available to everyone. Childless people probably think all kids go to the doctor that much. Unless someone was rolling in at noon on a Monday or leaving at noon on a Friday, regularly and without using vacation time, I wouldn't notice or care what they were doing!
