I can see where the son thought it would be a one time charge. I've had that happen to me with other than gaming. You read a notice that reads like : there will be a charge of 7.99 blah blah blah and the legal lingo kicks in and buried somewhere in the disclaimer there is an each use sentence unless you cancel within the next 20 seconds or whatever. I think Dad is over reacting about not having any gaming system in his house anymore. He should have parental controls set as a safety, if only the protect his son.
