Has your stomach bounced back to the way it was before?
I am pregnant with my 2nd and even though im thin and active, I worry that at 33 my skin is not as supple anymore and am expecting a pouch (forever!), loose/saggy skin, possibly worse... When I had my 1st in my late 20s I bounced right back and was the same as before.
At some point, whether you have a baby or not, your stomach is not going to be tight and flat.
I had my child in my 40's, and my stomach went back to about what it was, maybe just a tiny bit wrinkly/saggier towards the bottom (but I have a c-section scar), but it was already not very flat or tight, so it's not that different.
My only issue was the stretched-out belly skin, which looks kind of wrinkly after getting back into shape. My first was a large baby, so being very petite and short-waisted, I was stretched to max capacity.

This. You can not expect 20-year-old skin at 32. Or 42, or 52.
I'm 47 and had my last child at 35. My stomach is basically flat, meaning I am not overweight at all and have a pretty strong core, but the skin is just kind of loose and a little wrinkly around the navel. That's life. As you get older, you lose the elasticity in your skin. Even if you never have kids, you'll end up the same way. If you do have kids, well, at least you'll have them to show for it.
I had my first at 33. My stomach went back to my normal right away. I actually lost weight during pregnancy, so 10 days post partum I was 20 pounds lighter than I was when I got pregnant. My stomach skin is/was fine. I didn't get any stretch marks during pregnancy.
Was this her 1st child? Also, how tall is she and was she exercising/in shape before, during (pregnancy) and after?
1st
5'8" and pretty thin, although not skin and bones thin
She did some stuff like yoga and light exercising, but by no means an avid health freak After the baby, she certainly had much less time to do so.
My son was born when I was 33 my daughter when I was 37. I was in the Army and in good shape obviously. Gained 18 lbs with each which I lost when they were born just baby and fluid.
In my 30s my skin remained tight, but each decade came the effects of 10 more years of life
You will not keep the same body you had at 20 with or without children
