PHOENIX – An Arizona couple seeking a divorce hit an unusual snag that could prevent the marriage from legally being dissolved.
It seems that a woman, had a sex change, though not a COMPLETE one, got married to another woman, gave birth to 3 children, and now the 2 want a divorce.
Since the MAN, has female reproductive organs, this is a problem.
The Judge is expected to rule by early February.
So, are they legally married, or not? If not, then is their property, now not considered marital property?
Worse, if the Judge, rules that this "Man" is really a woman due to having female reproductive organs, does that mean she/he lied on their marriage application?
Yes we are truly entering new territory here with sex changes, same sex marriages, etc.
So the "man" is the mother of those children ?
Guess we can throw out the book of rules here because it seems anything goes these days.
Chasity Bono got a sex change and got a judge to legally change her gender to a "him".
So if a judge says you're a him when you really are a her, what are you really ?

Bizarro World folks...where anything goes.
Kinda reminds me of the old joke,
I know a Jack,
Who looks like a Jill
And smells like a john.
The other twist is he is legally considered a male. They used sperm donation centers, thru their doctor to get pregnant. The wife had had hysterectomy so couldn't conceive but since Thomas still had his he stopped taking the testosterone (which made his female anatomy big enough to be like male anatomy) he conceived. His wife did all the breast feeding since Thomas had his breasts removed years prior. Since Thomas was legally considered a male then they should be granted a divorce. The issue is with the state that said he was a male. I am all for gender reassignment if that is what will make a person happy but he did not complete the process. He lived as a male but was still very female, why did the state consider him male?

Sex is hardwired in one's DNA and cannot be changed. Mutilating one's body via hormones and operations only gives one the appearance of the other sex but it isn't accurate to call her a 'man', regardless of whatever pathetic accusations of bigotry.
And yes, it IS fraud, which raises a serious question of whether the glbt crew and their salivating, usually unreasonable supporters will legislate that it is illegal to consider a biological man a man, regardless of appearance. What other bizarre events will arise from that declaration? Should people who were duped into marrying false females/males receive redress? Opens a whole new can of worms.
