Williamsport (under 30 minute drive, but I suspect limited service -- I think main airline to there is US Air)

Next closest would be Harrisburg, about 90 min drive, but more airlines go there.

I'm not sure, but maybe there's a small airport in State College, about an hour away.

There's a very small airport in Selinsgrove - runway about 3,000 feet. Are you looking for commercial or somewhere to land a private plane, like a Piper Cub?

My sister lives in Montoursville and flies out of there all the time (Williamsport airport but located in Montoursville). Sometimes she can fly direct and sometimes has to switch to another plane, depending on destination.

Once upon a time Lewisburg had a small airport, but it was replaced with 'Section 8' apartment buildings.

University Park Airport is in State College, it makes many flights everyday to major cities.
