Good morning everyone! In light of a few complaints that have been made to either me or others about there being "too many Scranton-related posts," I convinced the forum administrator to create a third state sub-forum for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre/Pocono area. My hope is that once all of the NEPA-related threads are moved to their own little corner of cyberspace, the general PA forum will be a more inviting place for people from the rest of the state to finally start lively discussions about Erie, Lancaster, Harrisburg, and other currently underserved and underrepresented cities in the state. I think some from other parts of the state may have been feeling discouraged by the lack of ability to get a word in edgewise about their cities with we NEPA-ers hogging up all the room and attention, but we'll soon have our own sub-forum.

Have a great day!
-Paul

I don't know about lumping Scranton-W.B. with the poconos, only because as you know---they are two entirely different areas. Maybe a NEPA forum with 2 sub categories within that. One-Poconos One S/WB. But its all good either way. Let me know if I can help.

I'm all for them being lumped together. The Pocono's covers a large area, including Lake Ariel where I live. Scranton is the closest shopping district to me, as well as providing a bunch of other services, including my daughters school, and my other daughters employement.
