I have a plan to rent Courtyard Apt. at Cordova in Pensacola. Is it safe and quiet? If it is not, please recommend another one. I have two children, 16 and 13.

I don't know much about these exact apartments, but it's not a bad part of town.

I found this video:
Courtyard Apartments at Cordova- Pensacola Apartments For Rent - YouTube

Also, it appears there's offices across 9th. You're just about two blocks south of major commercial intersection (Publix, Sacred Heart Hospital, Cordova Mall, Target, etc.). I'll drive around there more if you want me to. I live less than 2 miles from there, down Bayou Blvd.

This is on my short list too when we move probably after the first of the year. I will be looking for a 3 bedroom. Please let us know how things are there.

I'd suggest Craigslist. Tons of folks here that rent rooms.
