It was just brought to my attention that John and David were pobably not Shirley's sons and were raised by a different man in Florida.
Does anyone know how I can find out what children my mother may have given birth to?
So it appears I am now searching for 2 brothers whose last name I do not know, and my bio father.
I dont know how to find out what children your mother has had but I found a Shirley F Judd.

I have been entering family information into FamilySearch.org for a friend and it sounds like her husband could be the father you are looking for. Here is his information.

In 1930 - 1950, he is with his family in the US census in Florida, Bradford, Starke.
D. 20 November 2012. Hilliard, Franklin, Ohio

Based on the stories his last wife, Callie Marie Judd, has told me, he worked in construction a lot and worked for himself a lot. At one point, he had worked on a ranch near Houston and that's where she met him. The two of them wandered around from Texas to Florida to Arkansas and ultimately Ohio. Judd, as she called him, contracted Parkinson's disease and seeking any cure was what brought them to Ohio.
His obituary, written by Callie, gives his children as Franklin, Steve, Mike, Lisa, Shirley Francis Jr., Randy and Tammy. Sound familiar? I am sorry to tell you he is deceased. He was in the Air Force in Korea and flew B-36s.
He is in FamilySearch.org and also on findagrave.com.
