I am looking for Noel Chavez, my fiance's biological father. The only thing we know is that he lived in the Santa Clara/San Jose California area in 1986, when he was approx. 16-20 years old. He should be around 44-48 years old today. We have one photo of him from about 1986/87. He seems to be about 5'7", darker complexion, with black hair. My fiance's mothers name is Roberta Soto. She passed away in 1997. My fiance's name is Anthony.
This is all of the information we have, so it seems as though we have hit a wall. Does anyone have any advice for continuing the search?

Noel A Chavez makes sense to me. My fiance's name is Anthony.. Maybe he was named after him? Los Banos is only an hour away from Santa Clara.. I looked for a Noel Chavez in Los Banos on Facebook and found a man who looks a lot like my fiance.. Let's see what happens!
