Where is the best place to find highest savings, CD rates? (paying, transfer)

I signed up for Bank Tracker but it seems to mostly be cc rates. I am trying to find highest rates for savings and CDs.

You can use it to find a place near you and then just go in there and set it up (That's what I did)

Was getting 3% on my FDIC insured checking account by having
-1 transfer per month into it
-Checking my account balance online 1x
-Use my debit card 10X per month (Self checkout at the grocery store)

Best I could find elsewhere was a 4% bond... and that's locking it in for YEARS, and not assured.

I moved reciently, but there's a bank near me paying over 3.5%...
Will get over there...
