Why not just shred them with all your other bank records? Do you actually keep onto the physical records? That seems like it will take up a lot of space. I'm not a fan of paper filings.
As long as they do not have your SS number on them, it should be safe to toss them in the trash. I would also be wary of disclosing DOB, mothers maiden name, and any of the other common questions that are asked for when setting up an account.
Don't do it. Anyone looking for info in the trash could use clues to see what banks you use and what your balances have been. I don't even throw into the trash old utilities bills. I either shred them myself or once a year one of the local banks has a shredding day, you bring boxfuls of stuff and watch it all go through the shredder. I also shred anything at all with my name/address on it, like envelopes addressed to me.
