Consumer rights on business cards? (credit, CITI, branch, get)

I have a Citi Professional credit card brochure, and there is this mysterious sentence:

Citi ProfessionalSM Card is considered a business purpose credit card and not a consumer credit card. Please note that certain consumer rights do not apply to this account.

I tried calling CitiBusiness and I tried going into a branch to ask in person what this means. I haven't been able to get even a half-hearted answer. Anyone know?

There must have been other paperwork. It's obviously aimed at someone who wants a business credit card and not a personal one. Did you read the paperwork w/the small print?

That is the small print. You don't usually get the real small print until you've already applied for and been approved for the card.. can I call them up and ask for a sample card agreement?
