I'm Looking at the big three Credit Unions in the area. American Heritage, Philadelphia Federal Credit Union, and Police and Fire Credit Union.

Anybody used anyone of these and which is the best?? Looking for personal experiences with each one.

Im looking for one with a good iphone app as well. Also which one is best for mortgages and car loans?

I used Philadelphia Federal Credit Union and was happy with their services. All I had, however, was a savings and checking account, plus a credit card. Actually I am still paying off the credit card debt, since I maxed it out when I relocated to Albuquerque without a job lined up in advance.

Sorry I don't have a lot of specifics to offer, but I have generally found PFCU pretty easy to work with. They've been reasonable, for instance, about setting up terms for my paying off the debt I mentioned. I don't know anything about the other two you mention.

Yeah I would assume PFCU is the best.

Actually Police and fire has the lowest fees after I compared the three CU more....

Yet American heritage has the most branch locations. And American Hermitage has a Mobile App that allows you to make check deposits which is great. Their Iphone app is great as well.

Top 25 Pennsylvania Credit Unions - Credit Unions Online

So Police and fire Credit union is the largest credit union and has 3.5 billion in assets...... compared to under 1 billion for PFCU and american hertiage credit unions.
