Also, it's more like "Where yat?" or "Where y'at?"

I detected a couple similarities between her and my own South Philly Jewish grandmother (she moved to Elkins Park, not the Main Line, but same idea ), but I think what you're hearing are some of the peculiar linguistic overlap that's shared between South Philly and parts of the NYC area (namely Brooklyn) and not many other parts of Philadelphia, perhaps due to the common Italian influence.

I have relatives her age or maybe a little older from Brooklyn, the Bronx and Jersey City. That's not a NY accent.

About 2 minutes of looking at her youtube profile then googling her name reveals that she's from Atco, NJ

That might not be where she grew up but we'll get to the bottom of this accent!

Anyway, not everyone in the Philadelphia area has one of the stereotypical, blue collar, ethnic accents . . . like this

I know, I grew up on the Main Line. But there are still some common, uniting features that span the sundry Philadelphia-area ethnicities/walks of life.

If someone doesn't find this movie funny, or politically incorrect because of its stereotyping, then they need to check to see if they have a pulse.
