Graduate Hospital. G-Ho is basically on the same lines as Northern Liberties.

Grad Hosp. had fallen much further than Fishtown and still has quite a bit of undeveloped land left that becomes more and more apparent as you go south of Catherine St.

That said, Summers is right in that price-wise Grad Hosp. is similar to No. Libs.

Fishtown will probably always lag behind Grad Hosp. because of its distance from Center City.
