Not really 64th and elmwood but 64th and garman st. Does anyone here live/from that area? If so, tell me if you like it or not? Tell me your experience there

I've had to give car rides to this area before. I think it's quite okay overall, but possibly slightly sketchy. You do have Bartram Gardens nearby and Passyunk and Lindbergh nearby, and accessibility to the airport. Very helpful to know your geography around this area if you're planning to live around here. Not a bad buy I don't think, but you may need to keep your wits about you too.

If you can afford Grays Ferry or Girard Estates, I think these sections are better overall and serve a similar purpose location wise, except both of them are closer to downtown and harder to park at.

Thank you so much. I appreciate your input

Dont worry. Im used to it. I grew up in dangerous areas so its nothing new and this is what i can afford anyways. Also thank you for mentioning those two neighborhoods, i will look into it.

I take it that you've been to the block you're moving to? If not , here's a view.

Elmwood Ave..... You could do worse, but like other areas of the city just be alert when walking from your car or to/from public transportation.
