I am a 30 year old, single female reloating to Philly. I am a professional and work lot. As I do not have much extra time to go looking for places to live, can I get some recommendations of areas to live in? I like having my morning coffee and going running and like having the things I need close by (ie drug store, grocery store, etc). Thanks!

What is your budget? Where will you be working?

If you enjoy a little (or a lot of) nightlife after jogging to the supermarket, then many of the neighborhoods in or near Center City might appeal to you. But this may not appeal so much if you'll be working out in the 'burbs.

I don't know my exact assignment yet, I do know that I will be working with 3-5 hotel properties in the area. Not a huge night life person, I'd be happy with a quite cafe and a nice glass of wine.

Looking to rent for the first year, probably $1,000 per month.

Fairmount would be nice, but it may be hard to find something at that range. You might have to be willing to go a bit higher.

Do you plan on driving or taking public?
