I am considering moving there and want to know if it's considered unsafe?

Where is it ?
Some times real estate people make up names so it sounds good.
Is it a new housing complex .. or ... an older area.

I assume you do not live in Philly.
Are you moving to Philly for work or school ..
If so where is it located?

I have lived here for 12 years ; from port Richmond to Bella vista. I work a mile from point breeze closer to greys ferry. The space and rent is perfect but I wanted to know from anyone over there if it's a hassle. Do you live over that way or have?

Not to be mean ... but ... as you are so close ...

I suggest you spend a few evenings walking around.
Include Saturday night ... stay until at least 11 pm.

Opinions are like #$$#*!#$ .. everyone has one ...
Why would you take an opinion from someone when you are within walking distance?
You need to decide ... as you know Philly changes as you cross a street.

Haha thanks! I agree but I am being pressed by the land lord. As far as I can tell it's normal; anywhere here is risky. I am curious if it's more hype about this area. Thanks for your response.

They should have no trouble finding a renter as colleges are opening.
People would stand in line for a good deal.
