I am looking at a house a few doors down from the Brickhouse.

I have never been to the bar.

Can anyone share insights? Is it loud? If so, on weekdays or just weekends? What type of crowd does it attract? Do people vandalize at closing time?

Just want to do my due diligence so I don't have any surprises!

Thanks

i live around there and it’s very shady. It’s a bikerbar with lots of scary characters who hang on that street. I’ d think twice.

I live very close to the bar, and as much as I want to say it's awful, I can't. I've been here for four years and never had a problem. Yeah, A LOT of strange people go in there, but aside from an arbitrary loud conversation during a walk home you won't have any issues. They are very good about not disturbing the neighborhood. You will have more problems with drunk kids coming back from Main street. They are obnoxious. Brickhouse is ok with me.

I live around the corner and I can't say that the bar has ever been an issue. They even have a sign asking patrons not to hang outside. I walk my dog down that block of Lauriston each day and it's nice and quiet. You'll definitely have more issues with the kids hooting and hollering on weekend nights. I don't think those kids are coming from the Brick House.
