This place looks really nice

This some of the new housing i was hoping to find in philly. i do realize it expensive however

Montgomery County PA Luxury Condos – Huntingdon Place in Huntingdon Valley, PA

Any other places in the area with a similar makeup but cheaper?????

wishful thinking right i just thought i throw it out there.

i'm open to older homes also but with a certain look

Oh, yeah, I was working in that vicinity when they were being built. Disappointed in the way they turned out -- looks like the outside of one of those Sunrise Assisted Living Centers to me. Are you specifically looking for something in Huntingdon Valley?

No Im open to all ideas But i'm looking in Northeast and some northwest parts of philly.............i dont wanna be in south philly too far from family

like in your other post, Look at Abington and Horsham... do not go into the city. The city wage tax will cost you guys hundreds a month... Car insurance will kill you too.

Thanks a lot i was thinking along these lines also!!! Housing cost a lot in those areas.. i might have to move further out..

It is true that the city wage tax is a factor along with car insurance. The trade off is that the real estate taxes in Phila. are considerably lower than the suburban areas. At the end of the day, it is all about the monthly payment. You need to look at this from all sides. There are several nice condo buildings in NE Philly; I think anything you find in the suburbs will be more costly

exactly. So if all is even in the end.. would you rather live IN Philly or outside Philly. That is the question.
