Does anyone have any drawings of what the Palomar Hotel will look like? There have been numerous news stories on the Arizona Republic about the official opening of CityScape and they all mention the Palomar which is currently under construction but I can't seem to find any recent renderings of it.

You're probably seen these but they are the most recent, though over a year old...

The hotel will be 10 stories (actually 7 stories really, as it's floors 4 - 10...floors 1-3 are for lobby, some retail/restaurant and probably other hotel uses). The part above it, which was supposed to be condos, has been put on hold last I heard though we may hear something next week about possible office space being built above it.

Yeah those are the pictures I've seen which all look like they have residential on the top.

All of the news articles I've read keep talking about the 34 floor Hotel Palomar so I was wondering if it actually would end up being that tall.

Also, in the bottom picture, that Wachovia building was canceled wasn't it?

I would think so, since Wachovia no longer exists.

Well Wachovia is gone but they weren't who was building that building - they just put their name on it.
