Hi, I've been trying to find a realtor for my investment property in Phoenix. I've been googling realtors online but I don't really know the reputation of the realtors that show up on google. I wonder if any one knows a good realtor who is willing to listen, work in the lower price range properties (foreclosures or rundown houses), and who is willing to pull comps?

If this is not the right place to ask, could you please direct me to a place where I can find realtors and see their ratings or reputation?

Thanks tons!

If you are looking for comps, pm me your property address and the search parameters you would like to look at ( 1 month/ 3 months/ 1 yr, - 1 mile out or subdivision, etc) and I can send you the MLS data.

I have a RE license & MLS, but I only do deals for myself & family.

Very generous of you. Thank you. We will probably need more than 1 comps for different area. I don't want to bombard you with searches. Thanks anyway!

Trying to find a realtor in Phx is like trying to find a cowpie at a dairy farm.

We have lots!

Look for a forthright one. Phoenix home values have declined more than 8% in the past three months, and the pending price index is indicating a decline of $18,000 in the next 4 months. A straightforward real estate agent is going to tell you to wait to buy for at least 6 to 9 months to see how bad this gets. The foreclosure gate crisis is hitting Phoenix hard.

I have met with Captain Bill for our upcoming home purchase and I think he is very knowlegable and professional. I also feel that he will be an excellent choice should we happen to attempt a sort sale or foreclosure home. Also I like that he hangs his hat with Remax, a major brokerage.
He is also familiar with rehabbing homes, which we probably won't attempt, but its good when your RE agent has a background in such things. He is a good listener and seems like just a really nice fellow.
Good luck!
