Try some of the bug and weed "self service" supply stores. They can tell you how to do it and provide the equipment.

Scorpions don't lay eggs...they give birth to live young which travel on their backs until the "first molt". We are moving to a house in Sabino Canyon, NE Tucson. My husband has already killed two medium-sized scorpions (type unknown). We had an exterminator out that said the poison he sprayed kills the scorpions, crickets, bugs, etc that they feed on. I'm worried sick as I have an 11-year old dog and an older cat that will be in the house all day, alone (except for a lunch/potty break for the dog). Does anyone know if scorpions have "nests" and if that's what I should be looking for? THe whole yard is small rock so can't possibly look under all the little stones to see if there are scorpions. YIKES! And I thought the mountain lions and bears were going to be a problem. Now, I'm more scared of the scorpions.

That looks like a particularly non-authoritative source. Reads like beliefs, guesses, and hearsay.
