So I will be moving to Scottsdale in 4-5 months and currently have the task of trying to decide which community to purchase a condo. I am a single guy and looking for an up to date, active, exciting condo. Does anyone know anything about the following or have any recommendations:

Edge at Grayhawk, Venu at Grayhawk, the Plaza Residencies, Montage, or Toscana at Desert Ridge?

Also how are the HOA and other fees in these communities? Thanks so much!

Looking in the $50000-150000 range currently, can go higher but doesn't seem like I should have to with the current market. Not picky on size, 1 or 2 bedroom should be fine. Thanks for your help.

Depending on unit, size, amenities HOA is:

Venu - $195 to about 225
Edge - $186 to 315
Montage - $131 to 175
Plaza - $135 to 175
Toscana - $285 to 355

All values are estimates and subject to change. Also watch for HOA transfer fees (latest way to ding you).

Any of these will work well for you. All good locations.
