Hi, I lived in the West End, 87th & Osborn area in '95-96. I really liked Phoenix and I remember some things like cheap water and utilities, food was cheaper than back East, etc, and of course rent where I lived was a bargain.

I'm thinking about moving back, possibly to Litchfield Park, and I was wondering how the city has changed in the last 15 years or so. Is it still a pretty cheap place to live? When I look online I see a lot more bare yards than I remember, is the water more expensive? How about the general cost of living, anything change drastically? Thanks.

Many people came since then. You have to go further out to find the same lifestyle now. So it is still the same, just more people, cars, congestion, things to do.

People aren't wearing such big pants and sagging them as much as they were in 95-96.
