The distressed homes is defined as all homes with an active Notice of Trustee Sale, and all REO's.

3,704 decline in distressed homes in April
4,265 decline in distressed homes in May.

May was the highest decline of distressed inventory on record.

Inventory Numbers from the MLS today:
  • 18,021 Number of Active Single Family Residences in ARMLS
  • 5,413 Number of AWC-I Short sales under contract (Active with Contingency)
  • 22,507 Number of Active All types residences in ARMLS
  • 6,258 Number of AWC-I Short sales under contract (Active with Contingency)
