Hello everybody,
What would e a reliable home warranty that includes pool repairs? The house that we bought in Dobson Woods is old (built in 1976) and we are already starting having electrical problems. Please advise. Thank you.

Just about all warranty companies have options for pool coverage. Just be aware that they don't cover pre-existing conditions.

our home warranty (service one home warranty Home Warranty Protection - ServiceOne (http://www.s1hw.com - broken link)) covers pools, but you've got to check the coverage - they cover certain things but not everything (like ours doesn't cover the pop-ups but covers the pump itself and some other stuff).

What type of electrical problems are you having? Home warranties IMO meh pfft. Wire itself usually doesn't go bad, unless it's exposed to elements. Plugins and switches are rather easy to change. Running wire ranges from easy to #%$@!!! as does pricing to have the work done. Breaker box stuff is probably best left for licensed and insured electricians. If all you need is a new GFCI outlet, that really isn't worth a home warranty. So what's going wrong with your electrical service?
