Is McCormick Ranch (Via Linda area) considered a good area for buying a condo?

McCormick Ranch was a very nice area when first developed, and it still is. I drove around there a few times in the last several weeks...it was nice to be reminded of what it's like. So, yes.

it's a very nice and convenient area.....the oldest part of it was developed in the early 1970s and is centered in the mile or two around Hayden and McCormick Pky, just N of Indian Bend....so there may be some dated condos in that part.....

the further N you go toward Shea along both sides of Hayden, the newer it is.....I think it was "built-out" maybe ten years ago????

Once you get close to Shea, you really aren't in McCormick Ranch any more, but it's still a nice area.
