Hi, Cox raised my rate to $76 ++ tax and BS up from $47 for just internet. They said the promotion I signed up for was over...WTF? Can I live without Xbox and Youtube? I should just disconnect it all and do something outside like grow food. Peace

At one point Cox proudly announced that they had doubled the speed. I called them up and told them that that was wonderful and they could lower my service because the old speed was enough. They set my billing to the lower price but kept me in the higher tier. After a year, the price went up again. I called and complained and they put me in another one year "promotion". Call them and tell them you want a lower tier of service and they will lower your price, for another year anyway.

How about some more recent opinions? I currently have nothing but need to get high speed internet back.
