Just came across this building in old town Scottsdale, anyone have any experience with these units? They seem to be higher-end and pricey but in a great location. Thanks.

I don't have a lot of experience with them, but watched them being built and I walk by a lot....personal observation is that they are just a very few blocks too far out of the "hot" area of downtown Scotts, as far as desirable location and future appreciation may go.... I also think they were built, unfortunately, too far into the downturn period and the builder may've gone bust or cut corners or something....some of all this is a guess

if you're interested, check very recent comps, check that the HOA is doing OK, and hang around at night and on the weekends and see if noise, etc. will be a problem....weird neighbors?....thin walls?....parking hassles?....maintenance concerns?....

and I wonder about the "wine loft" nomenclature....is that just a passing trend or will it limit appeal?

Thanks for the info. They are actually rentals now, they never sold them as far as I know.
