I don't care so much WHAT businesses are there, but it stays full, and with some newer stuff than Bamboo Club, which has closed a lot of its locations. If they moved to Scottsdale, that's OK with me. I don't walk past the Colonnade, but I drive around there a lot. It's always pretty busy-- and, it's on the outside of the Biltmore area, anyway.

Camelback to Lincoln would be the north/south boundaries. Unfortunately, panhandlers can be found in even the best neighborhoods. Also, just because Scottsdale is thriving with upscale business doesn't mean they necessarily moved from the Biltmore/Camelback area.

Exactly! Many people seem to confuse Biltmore with Camelback East anyway. I live in the Camelback East area, which is like the slums of the Biltmore ... still a very nice location, but not exclusive like Biltmore is.
